A previously constructed, overgrown property that was redesigned by landscape architecture firm, Mohr & Seredin. A large number of evergreens and decidous shrubs were successfully transplanted on property to provuide further screening to adjoining properties. New Goshen stone stepping stone path was added along with Goshen stone sitting area for easy access and enjoyment of the enhanced views. The goal of the design was to simply the look and feel of this woodland setting and provide long vistas to ocean beyond.
